Eligibility

 

The Diversity Champion Mentorship Initiative is geared toward companies and organizations in Calgary with 25 or more employees who are:

  • Ready to attract, hire and retain more people with disabilities.
  • Building diversity mentoring capacity within the organization.
  • Pursuing inclusion best practice training and education.
  • Committed to participating in a growing network of Diversity Champions.
